MA Properties designed and built this accessory dwelling unit for a Del Mar homeowner who needed extra living space without leaving the neighborhood. Owner Gustavo Mello supervised the job from foundation through final walkthrough: concrete slab and rough-ins, structural framing, weather barrier and windows, then exterior finishes, porch, and site work. The result is a durable coastal cottage that matches the main home and is ready for guests or long-term use.
